Hidez Warranty

Your Hidez Animal Compression suit is covered by a 1 year warranty for any workmanship flaw. This is a manufacturer defect warranty. This protects the seams and the zippers. Zipper replacements are warrantied with a $15.00 fee to replace each zipper, as Hidez cannot guarantee proper usage and care for the product once it has left the agent/retailer shelves. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Hidez for repair and Hidez will pay the shipping to return the product. If you have a claim under warranty, please send us an email and our customer service team will assess your claim BEFORE sending the item to Dream Big Hidez or Hidez Australia.

We will need photos of the area in question and will follow up promptly to your requests.

The product, provided it is returned unopened, unworn, transportation prepaid within two weeks of the date of sale to original customer, will be refunded. There is a 15% restocking fee on all Hidez items as these are imported and oftentimes, specially ordered.
Defects, damages or failures due to improper usage, improper alterations or handling, or by any other conditions beyond our control, are excluded from the one-year manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty covers the item purchased from Hidez only, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
